Quicktemp are a market-leading UK transport recruitment company, connecting professional drivers with outstanding opportunities nationwide.
We are currently seeking experienced and reliable HGV Class 1 Drivers for an exciting opportunity based in Manchester. This role is ideal for drivers who are passionate about delivering high standards within the transport and industrial sectors.
Duties in this role:
- Trunk runs Monday-Friday
- Nights out
- No handballing
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Follow all tachograph rules and regulations.
Essential requirements:
- Held HGV Class 1 Licence for 2 years minimum
- Valid tachograph card and CPC card.
- Happy to work a minimum of 10 hours per shift.
- Flexible with shift patterns, including weekends.
- No more than 6 points on your license.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Punctual, professional, and reliable.
