HGV CLASS 1 INTERNATIONAL TRAMPER DRIVER

Quicktemp are a market leading UK transport recruitment company, who are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Drivers who are passionate about their work within the transport/industrial sector.

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Class 1 Drivers (CE) who will be responsible for transporting goods over long distances in Europe. The ideal candidate will have tramping experience and good Geographical knowledge.

Duties in this Tramping Role:

• Safely load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securement.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with transport team and other team members.
• Maintain accurate driving logs and documentation.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks.

Essential requirements:

• 2 years experience in Class 1 CE Category
• Experience within a tramping role
• No more than 6 points
• Happy to work for 10 hours minimum per shift
• Flexible with working hours
• Valid CPC
• Valid Tachograph card
• All licences in date
