Quicktemp are partnered with a leading freight & logistics firm in Rochester that are looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers to work on an on going, contacted or agency basis starting immediately.

Specifics:

• Hours: days - 06.00am - 16.00pm
• Monday - Friday only
• Contract length: on going, weekly bookings available immediately
• Minimum 10hrs pay - £170 - £213 a day guaranteed
• Type of work: aggregates - 1 - 2 drops
• Induction with Transport Manager arranged before starting

• Day: £17.00 PAYE £21.35 UMB

What are clients expect if we book you in for a shift with them?

• Safe Driving HGV Trucks to transport goods to designated locations
• Following Safety procedures when loading and unloading cargo
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns before and after trips
• Maintain accurate driving logs and ensure compliance with road regulations
• Communicate with dispatchers and team members to coordinate deliveries
• Adhere to delivery schedules and follow routes as planned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in the UK
• Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) driving license.
• CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification.
• Digital tachograph card.
