HGV CLASS 2 HIAB DRIVER

Are you an experienced Class 2 HIAB Driver looking for a stable and rewarding role? Quicktemp has an exciting opportunity for you to work with leading building merchants and scaffolding companies in Wembley, Croydon and Battersea.

Specifics:

• Working for builders merchants and scaffolding companies
• Payrate: £17+ per hour PAYE (payment via Umbrella available at a higher rate)
• Weekday and Weekend work
• 10 hours minimum per shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle equipped with a HIAB crane.
• Deliver building materials to various locations.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed efficiently and on time.
• Perform vehicle and equipment checks in line with safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service during each delivery.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving license.
• Valid HIAB certification and experience using HIAB equipment.
• CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification.
• Digital tachograph card.
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the building or construction sector.
• Strong commitment to health and safety practices.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• No more than 6 points on license.
