Moody Logistics have welcomed their youngest driver yet. If you work in driver recruitment you will know that there is a shortage of top drivers, but one has come up with a driving agency. If you are seeking driver jobs, warehouse jobs or if you associate with industrial workers then you will know that this is very exciting for the industry. The driver was able to complete the fast-track apprentice scheme and the success of his work has been welcomed across the board. Alex Elrod, who comes from Blyth has said that he is going to bring down the average of drivers who work with the company. He was originally an operative for a warehouse in Blyth but ever since then he has made the transition. He has said a lot of times that he has always been ambitious about joining the company and he is also looking forward to a career as a HGV driver. He has released a statement saying that he is thrilled to have been able to join the company and that he is very excited to step into the driving role. He has learnt so much to date but he knows that there is still much more to take on board. He knows he is going to need a bit of time to really settle into his new job and that he has high hopes of being able to push his career to that next level. He is part of an ageing demographic, but he has hopes to show other young people that it is more than possible to make a positive change for themselves, if they are simply willing to pursue what they want. Who knows what the future may hold, but for Moody Logistics, it's looking bright.
