Supporting the efforts regarding the fight of the pandemic we are experiencing right now, it would seem that the Krone group have conducted over 25 campaigns to help people get vaccinated. This is happening across every production site and it has taken place since the start of the pandemic. They have chosen to administer over 8,300 vaccination doses and they have shown that they have been able to give shots to 50% of their employees. They have also given out doses to the family members of the people who work for them as well which is major news to say the least. If you have ever worked in the industry of driver recruitment then you will know how important it is to make sure that people get vaccinated. Some driver jobs and warehouse jobs are being published by companies, stating that any driver or worker, whether they are coming through a driving agency or not, has to have the jab. Industrial workers are also feeling the squeeze when it comes to people being off work as well, because of the virus. The cost of the campaign is said to come to over two million euros. This is when you add up the cost of materials, the masks that are being used as well as sanitiser as well. If you add this to the labour cost then you will soon see that a lot of the replanning has come during quarantine. Krone have proven that they are capable of pushing the movement forward in regards to vaccination and that they are doing everything they can to make sure that people get the support they need when it comes to making educated decisions regarding the jab and the benefits it has to offer.
