Tiger Trailers are now focusing their dedicated program as the company continues to try and increase their employment opportunities. They are doing this in the north-west. They were established in the year 2014 and they were also very quick to try and implement their own apprentice program. They now work hard to try and deliver a huge range of NVQ courses for over 45 individuals. All of them are going to be offered full-time employment when you look at the completed course. The company are now working hard to try and enrol another 15 individuals in the summer and they are doing this while trying to reach out to candidates of any age.

Since they moved their manufacturing facilities, the industry's newest and even their most modern manufacturer appears to have taken on 50 brand new staff. They have done this on their shop floor and they have also done this across all of their office routes. Tiger Trailers have also said that their program is fundamental to their success and the new business in general.

Young people really do possess a key ingredient, and this is enthusiasm. They are proud to say that their apprentice program helps to channel eagerness and it also helps them to produce team members who are highly motivated and individual too.
