HGV CLASS 1 DRIVER

Are you an experienced and dependable Class 1 driver based in South London? We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a respected and expanding transport and logistics company that works with leading UK retailers, manufacturers, and supply chains.

About the role:

• Carrying out trunking runs or store deliveries, depending on shift
• Conducting pre- and post-trip vehicle safety checks
• Ensuring the secure and timely delivery of goods
• Maintaining a professional attitude with customers and colleagues
• Operating throughout South London and surrounding areas

Essential requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience driving HGV Class 1 (Category CE) vehicles
• Valid CPC and Tachograph card
• All licences must be in date
• No disqualifications and a maximum of 6 points on your licence
• Comfortable with 10+ hour shifts and weekend work
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with good communication skills
• Physically fit and able to manage light manual handling if required
• Willing to travel within the local area
