Morgan Sindall has Completed the National Highway Project

Morgan Sindall has come out to say that they have now completed the national highway project. If you work in driver recruitment, or if you are part of a driving agency and are seeking driver jobs and warehouse jobs then you will know how great this can be for industrial workers. Morgan Sindall has said that they have announced the completion and the general redevelopment of four different highways and roadside depots. They have done this throughout Ireland. Of course, the mixture of the buildings is now going to bring together the National Highways’ staff along with traffic conductors, partners and even contractors. They are also going to work with the motorway police group in a way that is much more sustainable and environmentally friendly. The scheme saw the build of a new two-storey office building. This was built in Bescot in Walsall. Of course, you also have the general refurbishment of Warndon and Strensham as well which is great. This comes after the removal of a salt barn. Even though it has been procured through SCAPE, which is one of the procurement specialists, it’s safe to say that Morgan was tasked with achieving key performance targets to try and make sure that the local area is going to benefit from the works in general. 72% of the project budget is going to be spent locally. The project has achieved a social value return of around 39%a and right now millions is being spent to try and reinvest in the local community once more. This has been sped up through SCAPE Construction, so it’s safe to say that only time is going to tell how beneficial this ends up being.
